How can you create an effective tone of voice in your corporate comms? What does that mean? What does good look like?
I was thrilled to be able to write another guest blog post for Rachel Miller’s revered AllThingsIC blog.
Rachel is an expert in the field of internal communications (IC) and has been running her award-winning blog for 10 years. She now helps IC professionals succeed through coaching, consultancy and advice.
Although I’m now a self-employed copywriter, I spent 8 years working almost exclusively in internal communications – for the John Lewis Partnership, Waitrose, the NHS, the police service and the AA.
So I was delighted to be invited to blog about tone of voice in corporate communications – something that’s so easy to get wrong.
